Browse or search Dropbox, select the working folder, and keep the saved destination stable even if the folder is renamed.

Write captured metadata to a JSON sidecar beside each photo so it stays with the evidence.

Choose JPEG, PNG, or WEBP output, camera quality, and whether remote files are removed after a local deletion.
Metadata stays beside the photo
For each photo with metadata, CodaScan writes a JSON sidecar file beside it—for example, photo.jpg.json—so downstream workflows can read the captured fields without a separate database.
Choose the folder you already use
Connect Dropbox on the device, browse or search its folders, and select the destination explicitly. Saved configurations keep the non-secret destination and workflow settings available to licensed devices.
Photos go directly to your provider
Dropbox credentials stay in protected device storage. Photos and metadata upload directly from the device to Dropbox; CodaScan's central service does not receive them.
