Does CodaScan work without internet?
Yes. Operators can scan identifiers, take photos, and add metadata offline. Uploads stay queued and resume automatically when internet access returns.
Where are the photos stored?
You choose the provider for the workflow. With Shopify, photos are uploaded as files and attached to the matching order. With SharePoint, they go to the configured folder, library, or list record.
Which identifiers can the app use?
The workflow supports common QR codes and barcodes used for products, orders, batches, pallets, and process identifiers. When a label is damaged or cannot be scanned, the operator can enter the code manually.
Can we configure different destinations and workflows?
Yes. Save provider configurations for Shopify stores or SharePoint destinations, then select the right one before starting a new record. Each record keeps the configuration it started with.
Which mobile platforms are supported?
CodaScan is available for iOS and Android. You can start with one device during the two-week trial.
Does CodaScan route our photos through its servers?
No. Photos upload from the device to the selected provider. Provider credentials stay in protected device storage; CodaScan servers handle licensing and optional synchronization of saved workflow configurations, not your operational photos.
