We work with selected customers to adapt CodaScan to real operational requirements. Tell us what is slowing your team down and we will assess the best way to support it.
Discuss your workflowWhen a requested capability strengthens the product for other customers too, development may be included in a pilot at no additional cost.
Larger reusable improvements can be delivered through co-development or an agreed license commitment.
Exclusive integrations and highly tailored requirements are scoped separately, with a clear proposal before work begins.
The practical details teams ask before testing the workflow.
Yes. Operators can scan identifiers, take photos, and add metadata offline. Uploads stay queued and resume automatically when internet access returns.
CodaScan sends the files and configured metadata to the SharePoint destination selected by your organization, so SharePoint remains your operational source of truth.
The workflow supports common QR codes and barcodes used for products, orders, batches, pallets, and process identifiers. When a label is damaged or cannot be scanned, the operator can enter the code manually.
Yes. The destination, naming, folder logic, and metadata mapping are configured for your organization’s workflow.
CodaScan is available for iOS and Android. You can start with one device during the two-week trial.
No. SharePoint sign-in tokens stay on the device in secure storage (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore). Photos and metadata upload directly from the device to Microsoft Graph in your SharePoint tenant—not through CodaScan servers. Our backend only handles licensing and, optionally, syncing saved workflow presets such as destination paths and metadata mapping. Credentials are never included.
Start on one device, test the workflow for two weeks, and see how much manual documentation your team can remove.
