Keep an incoming defect with the correct part
A machined component arrives with a visible scratch or damaged packaging. The buyer needs useful context, not a close-up that could belong to any part.

Scan the part or delivery reference, or type it if the label is damaged. Photograph the whole component and a close-up of the issue. Add details in the fields configured for your receiving check, then send the record to the team’s existing destination.

Record the assembly before protective packing hides it
A finished assembly will be covered with foam, wrap or a crate. Once packed, checking its visible finish or the included loose items means opening everything again.

At a repeat inspection station, use tripod mode to keep compatible phone cameras at useful angles. Preview and trigger them from a controller on local Wi-Fi. Add views before and after protective packing to the job’s photo record.
